‘Objects Found by the River’

Went for a run up a very peaceful Water of Leith Walkway  at lunchtime, including the newly reopened section between Dean Village and Sunbury Bridge. Closed over the past 9 years to land slips, the bank has now been strengthened. It’s reopening has been widely welcomed, particularly since there were fears the section might be closed permanently and I meant I was able to jog for 10 kilometres on the Walkway and other parts of the cycle path network around North Edinburgh.

I don’t know anything about the rather incongruous found objects in today’s blip, except that I come across them there. (The flowers amongst the twigs were also evidently put there by someone too, since they are actually artificial.)
