Monday: Golden High Rise

Well, steps wise today has been a good day - over 20,000.  Part of that was pacing the floor at the convention, and part was a good long walk in the evening, before I met the rest of the group for dinner.

I’m quite enjoying being back in Toronto.  To my mind, more than other cities in Canada, it has a feel of New York or Chicago about it - both cities I really like.  And I have missed high-rises (remind me of that when you see where I end up next………)

Some of our group went to a baseball game so we didn’t meet for dinner until 9pm.  We were restrained though so it’s not prohibitively late.
