In sharp contrast to the lovely decorations at apartment 201, here is a doorway display that lays it all out.  Such self-confidence!

This morning Dr. Tekeste had his scheduler call me to see how I was feeling.   When I told her I was very weak, she offered to try to find an earlier slot than Friday.  So I will be going in at 4:00 on Wednesday instead of Friday, to see him and get my EPO shot. I should feel better sooner.  In Yiddish we have the word mensch, which is someone who is all that a good human being should be.  Dr. Tekeste is a real mensch and I'm very lucky to have found him.

Lex drove me to the Polyclinic this afternoon to do my pre-appointment labs.  I have always known she is a mensch.
