Bee orchid

An unexpected bonus in keeping some un-mown lawn has been the appearance of these bee orchids. We hope there may be more to come. The sun has shone today as summer weather rolls back in. My leg is responding well to the antibiotics which is encouraging. The news today north and south of the border, across the Irish Sea, in Rwanda and in Eastern Europe continues to be an extremely difficult watch, listen and read.
