View from work (Day 2594)

After the early morning wander with Sigyn, and some household chores, I headed for Stromness. After a little bit of hanging around waiting for the boat to come in, I met up with my beautiful wife and Phil from Greenflame.
Phil is back in Orkney again so we can work together fitting another biomass boiler and upgrade a heating system. As HV zoomed off to the horses, Phil and I headed for Orphir to make a start. There was a bit of a surprise for us when we arrived - the customer has already removed his old solid fuel Rayburn stove. Less for us to do is always good.
We spent the day laying the groundwork for the install and have made reasonable progress. Tomorrow the real work begins.
The best part of the day is definitely the return of HV from her adventures south.
