Thank you

First of all I have to say an enormous thank you for your reaction to my 9 years of blipping.  I find myself overwhelmed by your generosity.  You are all so kind, and I do mean to thank you individually over the coming days.

Meanwhile, here are backblips for Saturday.  No people - perhaps I'll correct that tomorrow - because I wanted to show you the magical house and the garden, belonging to two of my cousins, where our Saturday picnic was held.

The main shot is of flowers put into one of the bedrooms under the eves.  I asked permission to blip it.  In many ways it explains the whole ethos of the place - the wild and the cultivated mingled together, each enhancing the other in unexpected and glorious ways.  In Extras is a shot of the garden (no barriers between it and the steeply dropping hillside, you notice, they just blend together).  Also a shot of the house doing much the same.

And goodness, we did have such fun.  It has been a wonderful weekend.  I hope yours has been too  xx
