Monday Men

It’s Monday and for the first time in over a month I felt fit and well enough to join the chaps as we did some maintenance work around the village. 
I decided the bridge needed weeding and sweeping. I managed the one side between our unofficial working hours of around 9.15 and 10.45. Next Monday I shall complete the other side. In the background are two others and on the second photo two others on strimming duties. Trouble is I spent quite a lot of time catching up with folk I hadn’t seen since before Covid, , their grandson from Krakow, Poland, a young lady I married some years ago (I was a vicar), several dog owners and a neighbour who like me recently suffered from a pulmonary embolism. Never a dull moment.
