Shadows

Saturday was a day when it was better to be inside rather than outside, Flaming June it certainly wasn't. The fact that I had a church service to write gave me some solace, as I knew I wasn't missing the opportunity for a good long summer walk.

The gales and rain eased off in the evening, so I took a quick run down to Bonnybridge and had a walk around the nature reserve. The sun cheekily made a late appearance too, which obviously went down well with the local birdlife, judging by the amount of singing that was going on.
