Lowther Castle

Hannah came home yesterday so today we went for a walk around the castle and gardens, inside the grounds lots vans and wagons and people taking down the posh marquee what a lovely setting for a wedding. Afterwards we bought ice creams £6.20 for two we sat down after saying how expensive they were and Hannah dropped hers and we watched it perfectly roll I’m the gravel. She wouldn’t get another Phew !!
Also yesterday in the early hours a fire at the George and dragon in the village.
