One upon a time, in 70's, the first occupant of this apartment made an excellent plan for his rather large backyard. The idea was that something would always bloom from spring to the end of June - and still in order. 
Just splendid. I have been able to enjoy this every year. Right now the time for the last big flowering purple plant is about to begin. Summer is then the time for peonies and lilies and the splendor of flower beds.

Relaxing moments of gardening again today. My daughter came in the afternoon and we sew her dress ready for the next friday promotion.

Hubby came home in the evening. He was a bit tired.
