A Busy Day

We started the day with a visit to Wordsworth House and Garden (Extra 1) in Cockermouth followed by a drive to St. Bees and a walk along the beach at St. Bees Head.  This was most invigorating due to very strong winds.  Where we parked was the start of the Coast to Coast Walk (Extra 2) which goes from St. Bees to Robin Hoods Bay.  On our way back to Cockermouth we passed through Egremont where this rather striking mural caught my eye (Extra 3) 
We've had four very interesting days in Cumbria - back home to Maison MD tomorrow.
