Today we went on Concorde!!

We left Axminster and headed for Yeovil today. On our way we visited the Fleet Air Arm Museum which was very interesting. To walk underneath Concorde and to go inside was a special thing to do. It’s very narrow and this was a test one so not all the seats were in and those that were, were behind aperspex screen. We travelled on to a pub for a Sunday lunch which unfortunately was a disappointment! Never mind at least we had a meal! This afternoon we sat in the very warm sunshine at our last campsite for the holiday. It’s beautiful here, surrounded by bird song, fields, hills, ponies and cows! Only one other van on site. Facilities are amazing for a small site. No shop, no pool, only toilets and a wet room!! We are paying £54 for our 3 nights with electric hookup! Our camping has cost us £400 for our 3 weeks…not bad eh! Watching a DVD now with lovely views from both sides of the van! Bliss!
