Wound up in Wexford

Shrubs

I made W sleep in the spare bedroom last night - that was a waste of time!  I didn't sleep well, and woke this morning with a sore throat and slightly bunged up nose, so it wasn't a great surprise when I did an LFT and found I too have Covid.

I'm not feeling 100%, but I think my dose is (at least for the moment) causing fewer problems than W's.  I managed to wash and hang out 3 loads of washing - most of it is dry, just a few items now hung over the creel in the studio.

Even before I'd done the test, I sat in bed with my coffee this morning and did a Tesco delivery shop - normally I Click and Collect.  And after I had confirmation I added on the fruit and veg that I would normally buy from the local Farm Shop.

Late in the afternoon, I wandered down the garden with my camera.  These shrubs would probably benefit from quite a major haircut once they've finished flowering - they are almost completely obscuring one of the windows of the studio.

Fortunately, we have little planned for this week, apart from hassling our Estate agents and Conveyancer to try to get a date for completion.  And browsing the internet for more properties - both for sale and to let - in Ireland.

I'm tired now - an early night will be in order.
