Cocktail #28 of 50: The Pimlet

Answering my own question about what to do with Pimms apart from put lemonade in, I found this recipe on their webpage.
1 measure Pimms
1 measure Gin
1 measure lime juice (I used cordial in absence of Lime in fridge).

Much nicer!

It’s been ages since we did cocktail challenge so good to get started again.
