Apologies for the lack of comments - I’m still struggling a bit at the moment.
The weather was beautiful again today so we went to Puddletown Forest - hadn’t been there for quite a while. We walked right through the woods to Thorncombe woods where Thomas Hardys birthplace is - such a lovely little cottage. It was here he wrote Far From The Madding Crowd which I remember studying for O level English Lit many moons ago.
