Cake

Having arrived home from holiday yesterday I didn't have time to make my birthday cake so we bought one while shopping this morning - a modest 7" chocolate sponge, with a chunk on top and twiddly bits round the edge.

It was surprisingly good but, the diet being on pause, I might make a Progrès Cake, which is my preferred choice.
