Ragged Round The Edges....!!!!

Poor ‘James’....he’s looking a bit like I feel this weekend although thankfully this evening I’m feeling a good deal better...meds working along with all the other things I’m throwing at it..even managed to eat some dinner and then ‘numb’ my throat again with the ice cream....!! The inside of my mouth is blistered and extremely sore...so the ‘cold’ is helping that too...!
And would you look at the state of James G....we’ve been having the most peculiar weather ....for the last 3 days extremely unseasonably windy, whipping everything round the garden...and James despite being tied up as best we can, touched the ground in some of the gusts....I’m sure there is lots of him broken but nothing I can do about it at the moment..! Very heavy rain too of course..
Like June ..it is not..!!
Our ‘lodgers’ have gone on a short break to Brussels for the weekend...so it’s nice and quiet and relaxed here just when I need it....looking forward to some Belgian choc though....!!

Albert was delighted to hear he ‘helped’ me out yesterday.....although S tells me he was driving her mad....when she pays no attention to him...he quite calmly steps from the balcony to her windowsill and taps very LOUDLY on the glass until she reacts...She was on an on-line meeting call with a colleague and eventually had to explain to him what the noise was and ‘show’ him Albert....needless to say people think this is hilarious!!
So that’s why he’s so ‘close-up’.....!
