There was a plan and the plan was dashed by the wild wind - the Botanics were closed!
So a wander into Stockbridge and a catchup coffee in Fortitude with a couple of bookgroup friends. Then a wander that was longer than intended, up to Topping & Company then over the hill to this garden.

The weather threw everything at us. It's muggy, even with the wind. Blinding sunshine one minute and torrential downpour the next.
