Norf, again

Roadside grab, this one. We’ve come norf again. I thought I would be safe on late afternoon Friday, but by the time we “landed” (in Tain, this time) there were numerous emails on the system some of which pertain to an “interesting” article about the university’s admissions policies and our success in the School in attracting applicants from less privileged backgrounds which should be in The Times on Saturday morning. Spun in a particular way, as you might expect. Let’s see.

Dinner at the excellent Platform 1864 and a nice wander around town. It was mixed weather. Periodic heavy showers and bright sunshine. We managed our wander without a shower, which was a success.
