Rainy morning turned into a sunny and warm afternoon. We spent a couple of hours at the revenue office registering our boat in this state. The Michigan tags expired in March so it was time. Such an antiquated process. First we had to wait on line with the assessor, then on to the collector to stamp the assessment. Then to the registrar. Upon arrival we picked number 55, they were on 3! Task complete so hopeful we are able to get out on the lake this weekend.
