a day in Denver

You know those birthday gifts that you give that also involve some fun for you? Well today I had the pleasure of celebrating a friend's birthday by joining her for a trip to the Denver Botanic Gardens and out for lunch. It was a beautiful day, not too crowded, and the flowers were beautiful. We decided that we didn't need to wait for birthdays to take a girls day out for an adventure. So now we are planning more fun outings.
