This is New Walk in Leicester. A pedestrianised walk way of 1100 metres linking the city centre to the original racecourse..now Victoria Park..built in 1785.
It was and still is a conservation area with beautiful old buildings and churches a cracking museum and a few wine bars.
It is also designated no vehicle access including cyclists of which despite the signs, this particular youth shows a complete disregard
