ROSE

This is one of the birthday roses I got from Neil and Rachael.  They are all opening up nicely and looking beautiful. Thanks to BikerBear for hosting Flower Friday.

Had an appointment at the Health Centre this afternoon for my Annual Review.  I saw a nurse who took some blood and checked my blood pressure ( it was fine ).  I was also weighed and my height was measured.  I was almost the same weight as I was last time - but smaller in height. 

After my appointment I got a bus to Newcastle. Looked in a few clothes shops but got nothing.  Then to Waitrose for fruit and cat food before getting a bus home. 

The weather was warm today but very windy.
