Heron in Flight

Heron in Flight.

Just had dinner and we noticed this Heron sitting on a post in the most beautiful evening light. Sue and Ann jumped up to get their cameras and to begin with I did not as I was just enjoying the view. 
Anyway I decided to get the camera and  somehow returned to the waters edge before the others. Camera 'was sort' of set up okay, shutter speed was a bit slow as it turned out. I popped my head around the edge of the building and I am sure it saw me as it just took off.
I snapped off half a dozen frames, this was number three. Quite pleased, I have not been able to get a Heron before.
