Can We Have Some Privacy, Please?

My sister and brother-in-law came over late morning and we went for a pre-lunch stroll on the Ham Wall Nature Reserve. Apparently this is an excellent time of year for dragonflies and damselflies and there was an interesting trail of information boards about the different species.

These two damselflies had forgotten to put the Do Not Disturb sign out and looked affronted to be caught in the act, as it were.

Their expressions just pipped the obliging robin in extras for today’s blip.

We came back to enjoy a long and convivial lunch in the garden.
