And through the oblong window?

Well, it’s a mirror, made to look like an open window, so it is the reflection of the rest of the garden centre that we took Doreen to this afternoon. While Susan pushed her mum around all the displays I was free to browse and explore.

I bought a birthday card, Susan bought some glass tealight holder and a big gin glass. We all enjoyed tea and scones. I think Doreen wanted to buy a cactus.

Picked a couple of kilograms of strawberries at the allotment this morning. Guess what we’re eating for the next few days. We don’t eat much jam so there’s no point in making strawberry jam. And anyway, we have several small pots of jam that came with scones whether we wanted it or not.

Have a good weekend. Glad you liked Swiftsure at Tenterden Town.
