A trip to Keswick in the morning. Then later in the afternoon another trip to Keswick!

We went to leave some goods at the Oxfam shop and then drove down Borrowdale, parked at Great Wood and went for a wander. That was when I took the photo looking across Derwentwater. I chose this one because it had the best light.

When we got home I noticed I’d missed two phone calls. My mobile had been on silent. Later I ignored another call because I was serving lunch. The caller then left a voicemail message. A couple on holiday in Keswick had found my husbands wallet. He didn’t know he’d lost it. Fortunately it had my mobile number in. I went through to meet them in their hotel and collect it.
