Damsels and Swans

A lovely day at Leybourne Lakes. Before I even saw the water,  I was distracted by the many damselfies and dragonflies. That was me happy enough, then I saw the cygnets and I was off again with a quick change of lens. Photography heaven for me.

Jak had a great time too. We made sure we found a quiet field to play his favourite chase the ball game then he was happy to just walk (or resigned to it perhaps). Distracted by the cygnets for a while, I turned to look back at him and found he had snuggled into a lovely couple sitting on a bench. I think he was telling them a tale of woe and neglect. They loved it, and so did he!
