Red and white flowers

This Saturday is the start of Forth Valley Art Beat. I’m taking part in an exhibition in Dunblane as well as opening up my own studio to the public.
My blip photo today is one of the acrylic paintings on display in the exhibition. As a painter I’m really interested in how the colour of the painting’s subject and the background colour contrast in the work to give vibrancy.
