New reality day 681

This is pollen in a water bucket.

It's also a selfie. The upper dark part is my pony tale as I am looking down to the bucket on the ground.

But I see a frog in this.


I went to see a doctor today about my foot and allergies and all my conditions. It was a very good visit. I got all my meds up to date and  a cortisone shot to my leg. It's been so bad lately and after the shot (which was extremely painful) even more. But in few days it should start to be better.
