It's still a bit rusty

I blipped this new building way back on April 30th and I commented that it was a bit rusty. But given it was a grey day and early evening etc etc I thought I'd blip it again.

Nice summery evening, blue ski, sun shining right on it. Do you know what? It still looks like a big rusty lump. Maybe it's me, but I just don't think this is in keeping with the area.
