Nigel and I did the short triathlon at Turriff today and we both came first in our categories.What a surprise! More surprisingly I beat my own time on that course from 2006 we is pretty amazing considering the amount of time I manage to spend training these days. What a buzz! There's a long long climb coming out of Turriff and with a strong headwind this was tough. I'm pretty proud of myself tonight!
