Horrible People

They make me want to spit
 
Though if I saw one
I wouldn’t spit
because that would be horrible
 
But I would boo
 
If I saw one entering a restaurant
I’d boo
 
If they were attending
a thanksgiving service
 
or a christening
or a wedding
 
I’d boo
 
Even if they were attending
a charity event
I’d boo
 
because I’d know
they were there
for all the wrong reasons
 
I’d boo because
the really horrible people,
however ‘humbled’ they claim to be,
really are horrible
 
They’re horrible through and through
Boo!
