All Lit Up

I am amazed at how the iPhone takes such good pictures at night. This was the street corner as we returned from Night Patrol just now. I have not done anything to it at all except cropping a tiny bit from the left hand side.

We spent a lovely evening with some friends in Monte Duquesa where the Flying Squirrel treated us to Thai-themed tapas. 

Sadly there is a large fire raging in the mountains once more and so soon in the summer. People have already been evacuated from their homes and everyone is terrified of a repeat of last year's Category 6 superfire.
