I have never been aware of these helicopter seeds being as red as this before, but maybe it is because I am permanently on the sofa now looking out at them!  

Spoke to the Dr this morning and she asked to see me this afternoon. If this mornings appt was  face to face I wouldn't have to have taken up another appt, seems so silly when everything else is operating normally. 
Got shampoo to try and combat my hair loss and she examined my stomach. Going back tomorrow morning to get bloods taken for my stomach.

Been really quite sore and emotional today.
