Children moving on.

When my little 8-10 year old members at Horse Rangers decide it's time they moved on to the Seniors I always feel a liitle sad to say goodbye. But they all grow up and are ready to take up a more independant role within the organisation sooner or later.
So when they present me with flowers, a home made thank you card and a Ranger Hama Bead Figure I feel very appreciated. Makes me realise that the hard work we all put in to make their time with us a happy one, is all worth it.
