In other news, catering for a 70th Birthday party tonight at my house. Feel so tired I could cry, but still had to take the chance at the slopes as its very likely to be the last day of the season at the 'shee. Snow was surprisingly decent for the temperature and time of year, all the staff were fabulously polite and friendly and a great time was had by all.

There were 10 at the party plus the birthday girl and the menu was a starter of poached salmon, salad and wasabi pea puree, main course of three types of roast lamb with veg and potatoes and dessert was lemon or chocolate tart with fresh strawberries - all rather nice even if I do say so myself :)
