Old Wounds ...!

RaBT Sun-day - unbelievable day today and it had to be one for making a start in the garden.

Lots of budding possibilities but I was drawn to this old wound on the Rowan (Mountain Ash) tree.

I love the texture ... I hate the moss ... but it does have a sort of textural photographic quality ... hence it's today's blip!

Good day ... but exhausting!
