Es i i lawr i weld Aidan yn y cartref gofal lle mae'n byw. Heddiw oedd ei ben-blwydd. Roedd y staff yn siriol iawn a gwnaethon nhw ganu 'Pen-blwydd Hapus' iddo fe a gwnaethon nhw roi cacen iddo fe. Felly gwnaethon ni treulio'r prynhawn yn rhannu cwrw a chacen a straeon o'n bywydau.

I went down to see Aidan at the care home where he lives. Today was his birthday. The staff were very cheerful and sang 'Happy Birthday' to him and gave him a cake. So we spent the afternoon sharing beer and cake and stories from our lives.
