Another day a different visitor

Another session with the Osteopath today which was far more intensive than the last session. Looks to be having some impact already as I have more movement in my neck.

A lunch out at the local farm shop, and wait for it, in the sunshine.

Blip Admin catch up but still some work to do then off to the supermarket to get provisions. All in all a busy and productive day.
