Yellow Crocosmia

I like this yellow crocosmia far more than the more common orange variety which is very invasive in our garden. I don't understand why the names of plants change, but crocosmia were called montbretia. Presumably someone can explain.
I haircut this morning followed by an hour processing images from Scotland before spending the rest of the day doing various jobs in the garden that are tedious but necessary (weeding the grids around the vegetable beds; sweeping up; and cleaning out gutters and unblocking the diverter for the water butt.
