A watched kettle

They say a watched kettle never boils. Well, this one is being watched, and it is boiling. So there!

It’s a travel kettle that we got for when we stayed in a hotel room that was a box. It was cheaper than your average London hotel, and we weren’t going to be spending much time there.

Now it’s the kettle we use when I’m descaling the normal one.
