Poppies with St George’s

Joined the WBC Service on line. Not totally surprised that our Minister Peter announced he would be stepping down in the summer after 20 years. We went into St George’s to see the flower festival and then did our usual walk down to the coast. There was a lovely bank of flowers in the cemetery. Watched quite a lot of the parade on tv to celebrate the Queens platinum jubilee - really impressive and a real feel good factor. Walked on the beach in town late afternoon and stopped for coffee at one of the beach cafes.
