Corn Lasagna

Corn and scallion lasagna with tomato and pesto salad. Wine: Perret Apremont Authentique Vin de Savoie 2019.

An odd dinner, but it sounded like an interesting experiment. This is an unusual case of us eating vegan (and this will remain unusual). I've never had a wine from Savoie before - decent.
