Royal Enfield has a program where a group of women build their own bikes and then race them at various tracks that Moto America series visits.

It's really interesting to see these young women get better and better as the weekend goes on. By the end of the season they're as good as some pro riders....who didn't build their own rides. Good for the gals, I say!
