DIY day!

My lovely sister took Charlotte out for the day so we could get a huge chunk of the decorating done! We've sanded down the wall of artex which is now going to be wallpapered and become a feature wall! I've painted the radiator, done another coat of paint on the walls and glossed half the room!

Tomorrow I need to finish the glossing and start the lining paper. By Thursday night the dining room should be finished and ready for the new furniture which we shall be getting on payday!

My house is now caked in dust! It's got everywhere and we will probably be cleaning it up for weeks! And what's depressing is the fact that next weekend we need to do the front room ready for the new sofas that my mother in law is giving us! At least that's just a refresh of what's already in there so should only take the weekend!

I seriously hate DIY but then two rooms are complete in the house!!! Only another 4 downstairs, three upstairs and the garden to go then!!!!
