Celebrating summer

A crescent moon followed joined in a sunny afternoon. After all the recent rain, this seemed like a celebration of summer, and thus my entry for today's Mono Monday challenge, with thanks to host Pinkhairedlady.

Made flapjacks today for the first time in years. Did lots of knitting (so my Christmas tree is growing), and had a pleasant walk after the sun arrived. Also spent time with Mr PP's visiting relatives, whom we last saw in Oz (oh, not counting yesterday!!) An enjoyable day!
