Blue Flag Day

More irises, this time native and wild, growing in the wetland. At least today was calm, even though overcast and drizzling, which allowed me to achieve sharp and colourful captures despite the low light.

I turned down the saturation of the greens so that the purples and yellows seem more vibrant in contrast, rather than amping up everything. The only tricky part was deciding on how much depth of field to use as I didn't want the right side a complete blur and an empty area in the image.
