Goldfinch

Action in the garden today ,lots of little birds around and a big fat wood pigeon all feeding happily untill a sparrow hawk swooped in and sent them all flying there were feathers everywhere as the wood pigeon got taken down and the hawk made off with its dinner . This was one of two goldfinches that returned five minutes after the carnage as I was too slow to get an action shot of the hawk attack :)
