Grocery shopping

Today I went grocery shopping. It was my first shopping adventure in two months since my knee replacement surgery. Ron has been doing the shopping for us, but today I felt I was ready to give it a try. It felt wonderful to be out and about and do something normal.
I must say though that the short list I brought turned into a much longer shopping adventure. My knees are telling me that I overdid the experience.
